Welcome to the City of Independence Self Service page for business vendors. Registered and Approved Vendors will have access to their information and records online. Vendors have the ability to view purchase orders and invoices, and update their profile, address, and contact information. Existing vendors need their tax ID and vendor number to register and tie it to their account. They need to email vss@indepmo.org and provide us with their tax id for verification to get their vendor number. * New vendors will get a number when you register but need to make sure to upload your w9.
